What is a training game?
Remember checkers, Monopoly, Chinese checkers, the backyard game of dodgeball or chase? Yes, they are games. Games we know from childhood. We learned how to cooperate with others, how to solve problems, how to win and many others. Training games achieve similar effects, they proceed similarly, but they work faster because they are specially designed to start the learning process from the very first game.
A training game is a modern way to learn and develop. Instead of boring lectures, presentations, participants take part in an engaging game that reflects real situations from life or work. Thanks to this, they learn through experience, making decisions and solving problems in a safe environment.

Travel to the end of the 19th century, a time of great discoveries and competition to conquer unknown corners of the world! "Conquerors of the Pole" is an interactive training game that combines the excitement of exploration with the development of key professional competences. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the era of discoveries and lead your team to the very top of the globe - the North Pole.
The game is designed for two-day workshops. It allows you to experience the full process of creating and implementing a strategy. The games are divided into individual phases. It is possible to implement selected phases separately. The entire game lasts up to 6 hours, not counting breaks. The final duration depends on the number of people and the number of phases you decide to implement.
For whom?
The game was created for teams that want to develop their strategic, communication, negotiation skills and the ability to manage resources and change.
It is an ideal tool for companies and organizations looking for an unconventional way to integrate and train teams. The game is intended for a minimum of 6 people, maximum 16. The number of teams playing is between 2 and 4 teams.

In an elegant box you receive all the necessary elements to play the game: cards in various sizes, pawns, boards, instructions and materials for players. All elements are made of high-quality materials ensuring comfortable and durable use.
Additionally, you receive a methodological manual for the trainer, with a description of each stage of the game and variances. The methodological manual contains tips on how to conduct the reflection stages and how to move on to the conclusions and knowledge stage. In the manual, you also receive a sample training program, a list for observation during the game and tips on how to conduct the development of individual competences that are revealed in the game.
